We can be found daily except Thursday, (7/7 in summer) year-round at the central market in La Rochelle. We have a large range of oysters: “fines de claires”, “pousses en claires”, “spéciales Lambert” and “plates”...
We can cook for you on the spot (by request).
And... a large range of shellfish :
mussels, clams, cockles, winkles, scallops, prawns, organic prawns from Madagascar, shrimps, whelks, crabs and lobster.
Cuisson Maison sur place et à la demande.
Tasting area outside
Plates of oysters, shrimp, bulot ...
Served with bread, butter, lemon and white wine.
Nantes market
We are at Talensac market in Nantes every Fridays, Saturday and Sunday.
We have a large range of oysters :
